A new event dedicated to the operators of the private and public sectors to enhance the knowledge of technologies and solutions to reduce traffic environmental impact. The first edition of “Green Mobility Show”, an Exhibition-Congress organized by VTP Events – a company owned by Venezia Terminal Passeggeri – will be held on March 28th and 29th 2014 at the Venice Cruise Port, Terminal 103. The ideal meeting for Institutions, scientific research sector and for several market industries to present strategies and technologies (electrical vehicles, natural liquid gas etc…) to contrast the crisis and save consumptions and emissions. In addition to the congress program, “Green Mobility Show” will include an external dynamic exhibition area dedicated to presentations and tests of the shown technologies both on the road and at sea with 3 km of internal viability and a maritime basin of 120,000 sq.m. respectively. A green mobility dedicated to both the maritime transportation and the automotive traffic, an opportunity to give a new lease of life to a fundamental sector for companies and citizens as well, oriented towards a new model of sustainable economy. The event arises from the congress experience of VTP Events which already organized two international conventions on this subject, Green Port Logistics and Energy for Green Ports. The congress center of the Venezia Terminal Passeggeri, is provided with an auditorium with a capacity up to 700 people and offers an exhibition area of 5,000 sq.m. of which 3,000 sq.m. covered. Only 10 minutes away from the International Marco Polo Airport, the structure is located in the historical city center of Venice and can be easily reached by car, taxi-cab, public waterbus or bus. The facility is also provided with wide parking places – up to 2,100 cars – available for both exhibitors and visitors.
